Not necessarily. Photos and names represent the category. You receive a vehicle of the same category or similar. Make, model, colour, year, and features can differ.

Standard bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before pick-up are usually free of charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours, no-shows, or early returns may incur a fee. Special or prepaid rates can have different terms. Always check the confirmation you receive.

One-way rentals between our city and north offices are often possible and may include a one-way fee. Airport arrangements need advance notice. Request this when you enquire so we can confirm availability and any extra charges.
